Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Cardivate offers a 7-day refund window on credit packs, with one fair limit:
Eligibility
- Within 7 days of payment confirmation.
- The license must have 0 credits used. Once you start generating cards, the pack is non-refundable.
- The license must not have been activated on more than 1 device.
How to request a refund
Email hi@cardivate.com from the email on your license, with:
- Your order ID (in the email confirmation we sent).
- The reason — short notes help us improve.
- The wallet/network you'd like the refund sent to (we'll refund the same amount in USDT TRC20 by default).
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days minus blockchain network fees (typically ~$1).
Free trial
The 30-credit free trial is, well, free — there's nothing to refund. If anything is broken, please email us and we'll make it right.
Top-ups
Top-up purchases (adding credits to an existing license) follow the same 7-day, 0-credits-used rule applied to the credits added by the top-up. We can't refund credits that were used.
Disputes & questions
We're a small team and happy to discuss edge cases. If something unusual happened (wrong network, payment didn't confirm, etc.), email with details and we'll work it out. Your trust is worth more than any individual order.
